Sourced locally means it wasn't frozen for transportation or treated for preservation. Farm to table is always the way to serve safe, local food while supporting the community, whether its Gulf Shrimp in Louisiana or Cheasapeake Oysters in Virginia.
No. To have fixed prices means I would have to have fixed experiences. Remember, no experience is the same. The menu is tailored to you! Make sure you know your budget.
We will work together to figure the guest count and create your menu and conditional service contract, which will be a $20 administration fee. It helps to know your budget before we start your menu creation. There will be the break down for the food cost. Payment for the amount of food and travel will secure the event date. Labor cost is charged at $95 per hour from time of arrival until clean-up is finished.
